Shipping and Returns
Before you order products from our website please take your time obtaining all the information you will need to make a comfortable decision about the type of mineral make up that would be best for you, this is why we offer pre set kits with 3 different skin colors of our foundations. We will honor a return of product and issue you a store credit towards a different purchase if the product is returned in acceptable condition and has not been opened. Due to the nature of our product, opened items are not returnable.

the consumer is responsible for shipping charges. Shipping charges are computed and displayed at checkout time.
The consumer is responsible to provide a correct shipping address. If address is incorrect, there may be delays. Any request for change of address, after shipment has been made, may cause delay in delivery. Any cost incurred due to such instance will be charged to customer’s account.
Most orders will be shipped USPS ground or UPS. Although in some cases, we may use a different carrier. When an order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email is sent to you advising shipment method. Normally, the order will arrive within 7 business days after the shipment confirmation email is sent. More rapid delivery, even overnight delivery, is available at an additional cost. Please note that an expedited shipping request, e.g. “2nd Day Air”, applies only to the shipping portion of the order. The time required to fulfill the order, that is, order entry, picking, packing and staging the order for shipping, is the same regardless of the shipping method selected (normally 3 to 5 days). As this merchandise is not pre-packed and all hand made the length of time to package and ship could take up to 5 days.
We make every effort to ship all orders within 5 days of receipt (except Saturday, Sunday and holidays). However, shipping delays are possible due to merchandise availability. If Earthlab is out of stock on the merchandise you have ordered you will receive a notice that the product is back ordered and an approximate date it will be available for shipping. If Earthlab ships you the wrong product by our mistake, we will be promptly refund you in full and/or exchange it for the right product, if returned undamaged, and unopened to Earthlab within 15 days from the date of your receipt of the merchandise. Return shipping will be included in your refund or the replacement product will be shipped to you at no charge.
Earthlab Cosmetics may make improvements and/or changes in products, programs and pricing on this website at any time. Earthlab Cosmetics shall not be held liable for clerical, graphical, typographical and printing errors. We stride at great lengths to keep our site accurate; however, errors do sometimes occur.
Earthlab Cosmetics reserves the right to modify or amend these policies at any time without prior notice.
Earthlab Cosmetics makes no product guaranty, express or implied. By making purchase from Earthlab Cosmetics web-site, customer agrees to exercise caution and take all necessary safety measures in using purchased merchandise and will not hold Earthlab Cosmetics responsible for any damage caused by the use of the product purchased.
Please Note: Customers who dispute credit card charges by requesting a chargeback are subject to a $35 processing fee by Earthlab Cosmetics when their chargeback request is overturned by the credit card company due to an illegitimate claim on their part.
